Fixing Advertising Panel: Chicago – April 28, 2010
On Wednesday, April 28th we descended upon Chicago to have our 3rd Fixing Advertising panel. Actually, more like a-scended, as we were 95 floors up in the lovely John Hancock Center.
Moderated by Tim Hanlon, who just announced his joining our very good friends at marketing strategy firm Catalyst S+F, pressed the panelists on how the new media buying and creative strategy we’re all hearing about is changing the way agencies are (or should be?) doing business, on where the available inventory is, and on what this all means for publishers among other things.
A great show, and quite different than our NY and SF panels. But I’ll let you be the judge; the audio from the panel is now available on our podcast on iTunes. Get it here.
Once again, we’d like to thank our panelists:
Chris Stevens, Sr. Director of eCommerce @ Orbitz Worldwide
Jeremy Jameson, Airline Marketing Strategist, frmr. Southwest Airlines & American Airlines
Hope Gurion, CDO @ CareerBuilder
Rajeev Goel, CEO @ PubMatic
Michael Baker, CEO @ DataXu
Jon Aizen, COO & Co-Founder @ Dapper
Moderator is Tim Hanlon, frmr. EVP @ VivaKi
(don’t have iTunes or would rather have the .mp3 version? Get that here.)
